As a recent homebuyer I am very much aware of all that transpires during the process of building and occupying a house. Problems of different magnitudes can easily be a part of the process.

Our problems were minimized as a result of our wisdom in selecting Tobye Scheer as our realtor. From the beginning of the process and even up until just yesterday, we have been provided advice and suggestion, both of which have helped us tremendously. I know of no single occasion that I inquired or requested of Ms. Scheer’ assistance in a matter that she failed to respond. Furthermore, there were numerous times that she shared pertinent information with us to aid in simplifying or minimizing a problem.

Her professionalism was manifested through her outstanding knowledge of the real estate business as well as her legal acumen. She was always congenial and represented her company well.

I had a most satisfying experience of my house purchase in Madison through the efforts of your agent, Mrs. Tobye Scheer. Her ability to work through the myriad of problems of negotiations and mortgage issues greatly assisted me in the closing of this house. I certainly am most appreciative of USAA getting an agent of her quality.

Mrs. Scheer took me though numerous houses over the last four months and then the repeated viewings of the final choices. This is complicated by the fact that her office is across town and she accommodated my schedule throughout this search. Even after getting a contract on the home, she continually worked with PHH in getting the mortgage approved by getting the continually changing requirements needed by the underwriters. I am so glad that she was my agent.
